Prerequisite

CIT requires that the students already know how to work with Cisco IOS and Catalyst software. These skills can be gained from self-paced or instructor-led training sessions and from work experience. The participant should have a working knowledge of
· Scaleable networks
· Remote access networks
· Multilayer swtiched networks

These skills can be gained by taking the BSCN, BCRAN, and BCMSN Cisco Certified Training courses.

5. Diagnosing and Correcting Campus TCP/IP Problems - 5 hours

6. Diagnosing and Correcting Novell Networking Problems - 4 hours

7. Diagnosing and Correcting Catalyst Problems - 4 hours

8. Troubleshooting VLANs on Routers and Switches - 4 hours

9. Diagnosing and Correcting Frame Relay Problems - 4 hours

10. Diagnosing and Correcting ISDN BRI Problems - 4 hours
